In order for you to be referenced it will be necessary for you to complete an application form. This form must be legible. Any missing information will delay your application and may risk your choice of property.
When completing the application form, you will need to have the following information / supporting documents with you:
- Photo ID
- 3 months bank statements
- 3 months pay slips (if applicable)
- Proof of your national insurance number
- Your full current address including the post code (3 years worth)
- The full name, postal address and contact telephone number of your current employer (if applicable)
- The full name, postal address and contact telephone number of your current letting agent or landlord (if applicable)
- If you do not currently have a landlord we will require proof that you are in residence at your current address
- Your full bank details including branch name, address, account number and sort code.
- Proof that you have a right to rent
